Programme terms (summary)
The referral fee equals the referred site's first calendar month of monitoring subscription fees (excluding VAT, hardware, installation and once-off charges), payable within 30 days of the new client's first paid invoice. Applies to any Kevlar Risk offsite monitoring contract (SARA AI event alerting or Dragonfruit-powered live agentic monitoring), on new or existing camera systems of any brand, for new Kevlar Risk clients/sites only, where the referrer made the first introduction (recorded via this form) before any existing engagement. One fee per referred site; unlimited referred sites per referrer. Self-referrals, Kevlar Risk employees and their immediate families are excluded. The referrer confirms the referred contact consented to being contacted (POPIA). Kevlar Risk may verify, amend or withdraw the programme at any time; existing registered referrals honour the terms at time of registration. Full terms available on request.
