PARTNER · RECONEYEZ

Detection with no infrastructure behind it.

Reconeyez builds fully wireless, solar-powered detection devices with onboard AI verification — designed for sites that have no power, no network and no time for civil works.

What it is

Reconeyez in one paragraph.

Reconeyez was originally developed for the Estonian Border Guard, to watch remote stretches of the external NATO border where there was no power, no network and nobody standing there. It has been available commercially since 2018 and is now used in more than 120 countries. The system is fully wireless and solar-powered, and every detection is verified visually by AI on the device before an alarm reaches anyone — which is the difference between a system a control room trusts and one it learns to ignore.

What we deploy.

Product image

Detector

The core of the system: a battery-powered camera and sensor in one unit that verifies visually before it raises anything. Mounts on a post, a fence or a wall with no cable and no mains.

Product image

Bridge

The link between the detectors and the outside world, carrying verified alarms over cellular so the site needs no network of its own.

Product image

Sentinel

A self-contained solar security tower that brings detection and deterrence together on one structure. Where there is nothing to mount on, this is the answer.

Product image

Siren and I/O Bridge

Detection is only half the job on a remote site. These add audible deterrence and let the system trigger gates, lights and other equipment already on site.

Product image

Keypad

Local arming and disarming for staff and contractors, so the system fits how the site actually operates rather than the other way round.

Reconeyez Cloud

Remote configuration and management across every device, with integration into alarm monitoring and VMS platforms — including ours.

How we use it

Where Reconeyez fits.

Kevlar Risk deploys, installs and monitors Reconeyez across mining, agriculture, conservation and construction sites in South Africa. It is our default answer whenever the honest assessment is that a conventional installation cannot be justified — remote perimeter zones, temporary compounds, and boundaries that will move next quarter. Because nothing is trenched in, the coverage relocates when the operation does. We combine it with thermal, radar and solar towers so the protection is layered rather than dependent on any one technology. What your site needs, and how many devices it takes, is a site visit rather than a guess.
